Mindful Time Coaching is a life coaching service with an emphasis on
time management. I help professional women take control of their
schedules, increase productivity, and reduce stress so they can
achieve their personal and professional goals.
I primarily coach professional women who struggle with time
management, work-life balance, and procrastination. However, my
strategies can help anyone looking to maximize their time effectively.
Mindful Time Coaching is life coaching with a strong emphasis on time
management. While traditional life coaching covers a wide range of
personal development areas, my approach specifically helps you take
control of your schedule, overcome procrastination, and create habits
that support your goals—so you can achieve more with less stress.
